At Zenith Mart, we are committed to providing a smooth, safe, and transparent ordering and shipping experience in compliance with the Digital Commerce Operational Guideline 2021 issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
1. Order Policy
- Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation (for prepaid orders) or order verification (for Cash on Delivery).
- Customers will receive an order confirmation email/SMS after placing an order.
- Any changes to the order (e.g., address, quantity) must be requested by contacting our Customer Support.
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our Customer Support. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
2. Shipping (Delivery) Policy
2.1 Delivery Coverage
We deliver products across Bangladesh through our trusted third-party logistics partners.
2.2 Delivery Timeframe
- Inside Dhaka City: 1–3 working days
- Outside Dhaka City: 2–5 working days
Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, transport delays, or public holidays.
2.3 Delivery Charges
Delivery charges depend on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Applicable delivery fees are displayed at checkout before payment.
Current delivery charges:
Inside Dhaka city: Tk. 80
Outside Dhaka city: Tk. 130
2.4 Delivery Method
All orders are delivered exclusively through RedX Delivery and Pathao Courier, which maintain high service and safety standards..
2.5 Inspection at Delivery
a) Customers are advised to inspect the product at the time of delivery. If any mismatch or fault is found, they should return the product immediately to the delivery agent.
b) If any damage, incorrect item, or discrepancy is noticed after receiving the order, customers must contact Customer Support within 24 hours. The product may be returned within 7 days under our Return and Refund Policy, if it is unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
2.6 Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery for 3 consecutive days. If the customer is unable to receive the product, the parcel will be returned to us. Please note that for such cases, we will not dispatch future orders to the customer on Cash on Delivery without prepayment.
2.7 International Delivery
Currently, we deliver only within Bangladesh.
