1. Return Requests
- Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Products:
If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact our Customer Support within 7 days from the date of delivery. - Change of Mind:
We accept returns for change of mind on all products, as taking back unused items is in accordance with Islamic teachings and Sunnah. The product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
2. Valid Reasons for Return
You may request a return if:
- The delivered product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken).
- The delivered product is incomplete (missing items and/or accessories).
- The delivered product is incorrect (wrong product/size/count, or expired).
- The delivered product does not match the product description (not as advertised).
- The delivered product does not fit (dose is unsuitable).
3. Return Policy per Category
Certain items are non-returnable, including temperature-sensitive products such as probiotics and products purchased through promotional offers.
4. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and without any flaws.
- The product must include the original tags, invoice, and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. If delivered in Zenith Mart packaging/box, the same should be returned. Do not apply tape or stickers directly to the manufacturer’s packaging.
5. Issuance of Refunds
Refund processing depends on the refund type and payment method used:
- Refund from Returns: Processed once the item is returned to the warehouse and quality checked (QC) successfully.
- Refunds from Canceled Orders: Automatically triggered once cancellation is successfully processed.
- Refunds from Failed Deliveries: Initiated when the item has reached Zenith Mart.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days for returned, canceled, and failed delivery items.
6. Delivery Attempts and Non-Receipt
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery for 3 consecutive days. If the customer is unavailable to receive the product, the parcel will be returned to us. For such cases, we will not dispatch future orders to the customer on Cash on Delivery without prepayment.
